The Highmark Bright Blue Futures charitable giving and community involvement program’s goal is to ensure healthier, brighter, stronger futures for all. Highmark will consider applications for: Programs and services that tie to our Highmark Bright Blue Futures charitable giving program and have a compelling potential impact to the health and well-being of individuals Highmark generally will not support: Organizations whose services have a geographical scope beyond the Enterprise’s core service areas (unless they operate in the same region as an Enterprise subsidiary or affiliate Multi-year gifts Capital campaigns Endowment funds Fraternal or civic groups Individual causes Seed money for startup programs Religious programming Political causes, candidates, organizations, or campaigns.
